Festive Studios is a seasonal photography studio based in Fresno, California.
They specialize in creating immersive and high-quality holiday photos, particularly known for their professional real-bearded Santas dressed in Hollywood-quality costumes. The studio offers a range of services designed to capture the festive spirit of the season, making it a popular destination for holiday family photos.
To accommodate increasing demand and growth operations, the lead designer and I sought out to create a customer-facing platform and an internal management tool. The ultimate goal was to integrate custom digital experiences that streamlined Festive Studios' existing processes including customer management, shop operations, employee management, and more.

Creating a one-stop-shop that drives efficiency and consistency
In three months, we designed a robust and responsive web app for Festive Studios that caters to their loyal customers and internal teams. The new user dashboard allows families to easily book and customize photo sessions, reach out to support, and view and purchase photos from past and current sessions. In the admin dashboard, user permissions allow for varied access across internal operations including managing user roles, session configurations, and customer data. These new experiences along with a distinct branded feel is helping drive Festive Studios' business efforts, improving booking accuracy by 30% and reducing administrative workload by 60 hours per month.
